We have tried to make this an easy process, from the Shop page, make your first selection from the product category by clicking in the image.

The second choice is now available on the page, again click the image of your preferred option.

Depending on the product, you may have a choice of bag weight, sweet mix type or both, make your selections and add it to the basket using the basket button.

Please review product ingredients and allergen information before ordering, this can be found HERE.

You can view the contents of your basket by pressing the Green banner or if this is not displayed, click the basket icon at the top of the page.

The basket shows your order, here you can make changes before committing to buy.

If you have a coupon or voucher, the details are entered here.

Next step is to select either ' Pick up in person' / 'Local delivery' (this includes free delivery up to 5 miles from Chatteris) or 'Post to me' (the cost is based on weight of your order).

Last step - press 'Proceed to checkout' here your name, delivery address (if different to the billing address) and contact information is entered as well as any special requirements you may have.

Select the appropriate payment method to suit you and after accepting the T&Cs, press 'Place order'.

We accept cash or if it more convenient, we have a card and contactless card reader available for delivery or collection orders.

You will receive a confirmation email and your sweet order will be picked and packed before being rushed to you.

We use a number of shipping methods depending on the weight of the order.

Under 2Kg - typically 2 to 3 working days to arrive
Over 2kg - typically 3 to 5 working days to arrive.

Orders over 75 grams are eligible for posting, this is a flat rate of £3.00 up to a weight of 3.1Kg.

Above 3.1Kg the cost increases to £5.65 up to a weight of 5.1Kg.

Above 5.1Kg to cost increases to £6.60 up to a maximum shipping weight of 10Kg, orders greater than 10Kg are by arrangement only, please contact us for further details.

For your convenience the total order weight is displayed in your basket.

When you are ready to checkout, you will find a box labelled -'Order notes'.

Please enter any special requirements you have here i.e Birthday stickers or post dated orders, etc.

This is very easy and quick, click on the Direct bank transfer button, after accepting T&Cs, press 'Place Order'.

You will receive an email confirming your order, order ID reference number and payee details.

Log into your bank, > Pay & Transfer > Pay an Account, enter L COOKE, sort code, account number details, amount and ID reference and press transfer......all done.

From the Shop, select the 'Create Your Own Mix' bag weight by clicking on the image, the choice is either a:

• 1Kg bag you can select 1 to 10 sweet type units.
• 500g bag you can select 1 to 6 sweet type units.

Food Allergies and Intolerances

Each individual product which we supply are listed HERE and includes comprehensive details of ingredients, nutritional, dietary and allergenic information, however, please contact us about ingredients in your sweets before placing your order if you require any further information.

Pre Packed for Direct Sale sweets will conform to 1st October 2021 Government allergen labelling requirements.

Our sweets are supplied with a consolidated ingredient labels appropriate to the bag or cones contents, (it is impractical, with numerous 'Create Your Own' mixed sweet combinations to have an ingredients label unique to  random selections), therefore, we have all the possible sweets ingredients in the label viewable HERE.

Yes, we offer free delivery within a 5 mile radius of Chatteris Post Office (PE16 6BG), the minimum product spend to take advantage of this service is £4.99.
